Damages and Issues
Each of our crucifixes is carefully handcrafted in our Houston studio, so slight differences from the photos are normal and part of the unique nature of handmade art. We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution.
Shipping-Related Damages
Please note that damage caused during shipping is beyond our control and must be reported to the shipping carrier directly. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier if an item is damaged in transit. Although we are unable to provide a refund for shipping-related damages, we are happy to assist with sending a replacement at no additional cost, provided the damage is confirmed.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging, with all components included. Refunds cannot be issued if the item is damaged, incomplete, or has been used or altered after delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Custom, Personalized, and Sale Items
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, custom or personalized crucifixes, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Production and Cancellation Policy
All crucifixes are made to order in our studio once a purchase is placed. Orders begin production immediately, and therefore cancellations or returns are not accepted after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
We appreciate your understanding and care in handling our handcrafted items. Every crucifix is made with devotion and attention to detail to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Should there be any issues, we are committed to resolving them and providing you with a replacement if necessary.
