HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
By clicking that link, you can check your orderās delivery progress directly on the carrierās website once itās in transit.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We know how important your order is, and we try to fulfill it as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, weāre unable to make any changes (such as product, size, or address).
Please double-check your details before confirming your checkout.
HOW DO I RETURN OR REQUEST A REFUND?
We truly want you to love your handcrafted piece.
If for any reason youāre not satisfied, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order ā no questions asked.
To start a return or refund:

Ā within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item and package label.
Once approved, weāll provide the return details for our Houston, TX workshop.
Please note:
Returned items must be in their original condition (no signs of damage or alteration).
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once we receive and verify the return.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT CAN I DO?
Our handmade pieces are restocked in small batches every few weeks.
Simply click āNotify Me When Availableā on the product page, and weāll email you as soon as itās back.
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ā CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
Please contact us immediately with the correct address.
If your order hasnāt been shipped yet, we may be able to update the label.
Once itās packed or dispatched, unfortunately, no address changes can be made.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A BROKEN OR INCORRECT ITEM?
Weāre truly sorry if this happened ā thatās not the experience we want for you.

A photo of the item and package
A short note describing the issue
Our workshop team will review it and send a replacement or refund right away.

If your order hasnāt been finalized, weāll gladly adjust it for you.
